I recently stayed at Paragon Hotel Apartments for a week and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is fully furnished, clean, and thoughtfully maintained—ideal for both short and long stays. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location, just a short walk from Al Wahda Mall. Also, the availability of on-site parking is a major plus, especially in a city like Abu Dhabi where parking can be challenging. I had initially booked a studio, but upon arrival, Ruena at the reception kindly upgraded me to a 1BHK apartment at no extra cost, as the property was fully booked. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a family stay with a kitchenette facility. We had even extended our booking for another ten days, but due to a last-minute change in plans, we had to cancel it. Nikhil at the reception was extremely helpful and assisted us in processing the cancellation smoothly—without any cancellation fee, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel apartment in the heart of Abu Dhabi with great service and value, Paragon is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
The rooms definitely need some renovation, although there were no critical flaws. But still it's not as pleasing to stay in a decaying space. Staff is very nice, location is okay as well (exchange, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, everything nearby). Also, for some reason we've received a better room than ordered, the receptionist said they do it randomly sometimes. So this ended up being really great value.
Staff are very friendly. But the hotel itself needs a lot of improvement. 1. Parking - hotel management needs to assign one staff for parking. While entering the parking area, we needed to call in the lobby to open the gate for us, and once we were there, parking is not available. I request/ asked the staff on duty to where we can park, and we were told to find our own parking outside the premises (which I found inappropriate as a hotel guest) 2. Room - it was dusty and hairy. We tried to move one of the furnitures just to make some spaces and we found hair and a piece of lost sock (from the previous guest I believe)
