Visit Hotel & Apart

Great hotel. Staff very nice. The only thing i would improve is the breakfast, which is good for argentina, but they should add more natural fruit and less canned fruit.

Great hotel in excellent location.

I start by mentioning first the two points that make it not a star: 1- location: two/three blocks from the center, bars, restaurants, etc. 2- The heated pool A bonus track is the morning receptionist (I don't remember her name) but I think it's not Argentina because of her tune. Very friendly and excellent service. Let's go to the weak points: 1- booking platform: it shows a room that they don't have and I don't know why they don't cancel it from that engine 2- Room WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. Yes, as you read, a hotel whose average price per room is approximately 100 USD (in San Luis, without disrespect... but that price in San Luis is not the same as in a tourist spot... and I love San Luis). We are in March and they had the central heating on, it couldn't be... we wanted to turn on the temperature control and seeing that it was blowing hot air we called reception. They DID NOT answer us, after 45 minutes (almost 11 at night with two small children) they called us offering another room on the “other side of the hotel” (verbatim that's what they told us). Obviously it was an escape knowing that with small children already settled and close to sleeping it was not viable. We had ordered a fan that NEVER arrived... it is not understood. 3- mattresses that are deeper than the titanic. Bad pillows. 4- room with little maintenance in general, tiny TV In short, bad experience in general, for a “dormitory” room on a longer trip. Next time we will go to a place where you pay half this price, but there is minimal comfort such as a “split” in the room and a mattress that is less than 5 years old.
