Great value hotel. Great location. Plenty of food and good quality buffet. Some of the staff were a bit strict but I guess you need to be with so many people strolling around on unlimited alcohol.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do NOT stay here. This place is overall disgusting and not family friendly at all. The rooms look nothing at all like the online pics. There’s mold, ants in the room and toilets won’t flush. Service is terrible, took over an hour for the toilet to get fixed. They didn’t care about the ants. There’s cockroaches in the pool area and dining area. Ceilings are literally falling off. You have to cross heavy traffic area to get to the beach and they won’t even open it until almost mid day and it’s only open for 4 hours. The pool is always over crowded and be ready to wait for over 2 hours to eat ANY meal there. Terrible place, should get shut down. Contacted several times to get my refund even after checking out EARLY. And they said no. This place is a rip off! DO NOT GO HERE!! Also, as you can see below. This place has the AUDACITY to pretend to care and reply… yet didn’t return my $2,500 dollars even though I only stayed ONE night. Rip off. This place needs to go out of business ASAP.
This is a health hazard. Not only the rooms are disgusting, in order to get a different room, I was asked more money. This is disgusting and also the hotel refused to give me a refund (i didn’t stay). Please don’t waste your money in this place.
