The hotel charges extra for Wi-Fi access in the rooms and for the use of the safe, which can be a bit frustrating. As for the staff, my experience was fairly neutral – I didn’t encounter any major issues, but I also didn’t feel any exceptional friendliness or engagement from the personnel. I would give 0 stars if that was an option! The hotel has been sealed off by police for not having the correct documentation to legally be open. We had no communication of this from the hotel and when we arrived we obviously couldn’t get in! When getting in contact with the hotel they told us it was open we just had to ‘sneak’ in the back entrance through a dark alley and garage!!! They also then refused a refund. Stranded at midnight we had to go to a nearby hotel and pay again. Absolute disgrace… Do not waste your money. (The hotel looked rotten anyways, lucky escape from us i think).

The Conditioner doesn’t work at all. they are very irresponsible, they gave our room to some other strangers who just came in and imagine if we weren’t there they could’ve just stolen our stuff! The receptionist is just built different, SHE doesn’t know nothing about the hotel when it comes to the questions. I advice to pay a bit more and stay in a better hotel, yeh maybe the view is nice but it’s not worth if ur staying more than 1 day !!!!!! There is a reason behind a 2,9 rating !!
