Vita Suites Karakoy

Firstly, I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality. They allowed us to do the early checkin and let us leave the bags on last day while we were exploring the city. Plus: great location: You can go on foot to the karakoy port, galata, istiklal street, Hagia Sophia. Public transport available nearby. Groceries, pharmacies, eating spots too. Room: nicely arranged rooms, in our room there were sittings by the windows which was a nice touch. Breakfast: breakfast which is included is very good. Staff: very attentive, hospitable, nice people. Cons: facilities are a bit depreciated, stuff as hangers, towels. Some upgrades would be nice. Air conditioning was not cooling the room. Also window nets/screens would be great, because mosquitoes didn’t let me sleep at night. Overall, I would visit it again!

Review for the Vita Suites Karaköy: We booked the Vita Suites Karaköy for the off-season visit to Istambul in February 2025. The location was excellent for all the sights that we've planed to visit and the accomodation price with breakfast included was fairly reasonable. After checking in and a bumpy start, due to the room inadequacy and the broken heating system in the newly assigned room, the next day we met the lady receptionist Ms. Aylin, who basically turned our stay in Istambul into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Ms. Aylin managed swiftly to revive our heating system, organize our breakfast and inform us about everything that could be useful for our first visit to Istambul. Location of the Vita Suites Karaköy definitely deserves 5 stars, as for service I would mainly give 5 stars to Ms. Aylin due to her professionalism and kindness, for the room 3 stars, whereas for cleanness 4 stars and for overall accomodation experience max. 3,5 stars.

it’s a perfectly located little boutique hotel. the rooms are furnished with what’s needed : kettle, coffee, tea, a new bottle of water after every room cleaning etc on another note , the breakfast is ok but repetitive , if you don’t eat eggs, it’s a little complicated Staff was nice and helpful when needed Rooms needed more effort on cleaning but it’s not bad Would recommend for a solo traveler or a couple on a short stay
