Nice hotel next to the Valence lake with small indoor and outdoor wellness pools, jacuzzi and few saunas. Staff very kindly, room clean and comfortable. Excellent food.
The hotel staff is great, the food was very good. The wellness section is is quite big compared to the hotel size. The one thing I was not totally satisfied is the temperature of the steam cabin, a bit warmer would be better.
Unfortunately in this so called 4* hotel one cannot feel welcomed as a guest. Staff at the reception is on the border to be rude and offensive. Information are not really available, rooms are nice and clean but pretty small and so not comfortable . To be fair the staff of the restaurant is very nice and the food is tasty and versatile. Conclusion: If you are looking for a hotel where you feel welcomed and supported as a guest, this should not be your choice.
