Vital Hotel Westfalen Therme

Thank you hotel vital our 2day stop over was amazing. From check in the staff was very tentative, welcome drinks ,good service in restaurant and the spa area. We will be back again to this fantastic hotel. Only thing that need addressing is a shortage of parking for hotel guests when it's busy other than that we are happy.

Loved it! Wellness from top to bottom. The Vital Hotel has compfy rooms and the food at the Palm restaurant is excellent. We swam all day in the tropical atmosphere, used the hot whirlpool, sauna, and the salt pool where you can just drift and relax. The breakfast is included and we booked little extras like a champagne bottle in the room and a 3-course dinner. We would have loved to stay longer.

I will start with the positive: Staff are super friendly all around, reception, breakfast, restaurant, spa staff all were very attentive and caring. Pool and Jacuzzi was really nice. Negative: Rooms were old, out-dated, curtains were stained, mold in the shower) and no hot water kettle/coffee machine so from 23:00 to 06:30 you cannot have anything hot to drink (no room service), my mom was not feeling so well and could not get even a glass of tea. It does not feel like a 4 star hotel.
