Amazing experience in VitalHotel Ascona! Always kind and nice staff, very clean and cozy rooms, hotel has pool, sauna and bar, beautiful area around for Nordic walks, great thermal spa complex nearby. And the hotel is PET FRIENDLY! ❤️ For fasting they have everything what’s needed! Very tranquil atmosphere. Love this place!
Nice room, daily cleaning is good, but the beds are too soft. The hotel is very quiet and has a nice garden. The sauna area with 3 saunas is nice and clean, the pool area is nice but a bit dirty. Staff is very friendly especially in the restaurant. Food is good as well.
Truly a strange and unusual hotel. Very slow free WiFi and you had to pay for faster speed. Breakfast was a very strange and unusual system of ordering. Very little choice and I was forced to sit with others on one table with food already laid out. Not a buffet and they decided on portion size. The staff were friendly and the service attentive. A unique experience. It felt like everything was designed to make it easy for the staff not the guests.
