Vitalhotel Kaiserhof

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, beautifully designed with an outstanding view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, offering delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of options to suit all tastes. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the swimming pool, spa, or sauna, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience.

The hotel is very service customer oriented, hotel manager actively involved in all processes during check in, restaurant, help. Shared his private mobile number. The view is amazing, the room is spacious and very cozy and comfortable, yet not so new but give you a taste of Tyrolian life style.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient. For the high price, I expected at least some basic services and amenities. No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival—we were told to carry everything ourselves. The room had no complimentary drinking water, no clothes iron, and not even a basic water boiler and they said that they don't have it in the hotel , which was quite disappointing!! Overall, it felt like we were paying a premium rate for a budget experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless location is your only concern.
