A family-run hotel with excellent cuisine and service, as well as a wonderful spa area. Simply to feel good and relax.
Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Ideal for hikers and athletes. The tower pool is very cool. The massages were great.
Family-run hotel with spa, very nice and well maintained; the swimming pool in the tower, the garden with sunbeds and sofas and the internal courtyard where you can dine are very beautiful and romantic. Our junior suite was nice and fresh but without a bidet (other rooms had them); a gap for an Italian couple. The dinners included in the 3/4 board are excellent, uncommon flavors and combinations, very good chef; they offer appetizer, first course, second course and dessert (with some vegetarian choices). The dishes are not abundant but the menu overall satisfies you, so the quantities are more than right. One flaw is the water not included in the dinner (I would expect it to be, as it isn't even bottled) which costs €4.10 for 0.7L. Friendly staff. Very interesting location of the hotel, close to the train station and buses (tickets included in the cost of the room), in the Merano and Forst area (where there is also the brewery). There are several walks and trails to do in the area, both on foot and by bike. Excellent experience and very relaxing atmosphere.
