We were on transit and we decided to stay one night in Faenza - it was the right decision because Faenza is a great place to be - a wonderful and romantic city with great architecture, buildings and people. The hotel itself offers you romantic rooms too in a tasteful feudalistic style. Only two things have to be mentioned which were not optimal - the parking garage was not available for us (the garage was beside other reasons one mather why we had choosen this hotel) and the lady from the breakfast was a little bit forceful in handling with dishes and doing the service. The front desk Senor was very nice and supporting. We’ve been there from 1st to 2nd June 2025.

Big beautiful hotel with heaps of potential to be a class act - unfortunately, they fell short. The foyer and decor throughout is beautiful, and the quality of fittings could make this a 5 star luxury hotel. Staffing seemed limited and there were empty display cabinets, which made it all look half done. Good price value though ! Great location 50 metres from Piazza. Unfortunately, the lift was out of action, so we had to take our bags up to second floor by stairs (I would have thought they would have someone do it to make up for the lift issue). Room supplies are basic. Breakfast was nice. For a couple of nights, this hotel would be good.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and breakfast is fine. Well located in the center of the city full of options for restaurants. Very nice staff but they don’t help you with luggage. Be aware with the elevator. If your room is located on the higher floor, the elevator goes up to a certain level and you have to carry luggage by stairs.
