Super pleasant suites. Everything is clean and, above all, everything you need is there. The staff is very friendly and the shuttle to the food can only be recommended. The food from breakfast to dinner is simply fantastic and very tasty. You can fully recommend the Vitus and also the Christkindlwirt!!! Will definitely spend a weekend again soon!
The good first: -)Room was ok clean and the location is ok. The not so nice thing: -)The reception is only staffed from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. -)Breakfast was forgotten even though I had mentioned it in a previous call. -)To pay you have to go to the Christkindlwirt 3 km away where there is little understanding that this is more than unusual. -)Rooms very bare and obviously cheaply furnished. Definitely not recommended as a business hotel.
Worst hotel service ever. The room feels cheap, with no spa atmosphere. The online photos are completely misleading. The cleaning staff came to the room at 6:00 a.m. to ask about checkout – absolutely unacceptable. The owner? Unfriendly and not at all service-oriented. After this "spa hotel," we need a real wellness vacation to recover.
