Vitória Hotel Concept Campinas

I stayed in i am design and vitoria concept in suite room. There is no comparison. Even with stander room virora i would stay in it if i come again. I am design suit more families who going to cock. It is tiny.

The staff was incredible. Everyone I interacted with was kind and happy. I’m from the U.S. and they all spoke English as well, which was nice. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was clean and has an amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Internet was cracked, we had to buy a eSIM card, which cost us $40 each. Edvaldo was my absolute favorite, in the restaurant and next throughout the hotel, was, Alexandre. Miguel, Fapila, Bruna, Marcos, Elismar and Clayton. I have to say all the people that we met, from the front desk, doorman, people in the restaurant and housekeeping are wonderful. The bed is like sleeping on the floor actually the floor might be more comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept on a bed this hard in years. I had them bring me up many comforters and fold it and have to put it on my side, but that still did not help. This hotel is very loud. The located next to a very busy street. I did really enjoy the breakfast, is my favorite part. It has a wonderful restaurant adjacent to the hotel that we got to enjoy a nice dinner at. The shower was good, we had a little fridge and a table with two chairs to sit and have a glass of vine. Needs a facelift. It seems old and a bit outdated. I did like the hot forceful shower. The windows sound open. The Internet keeps sending me off. Honestly, I could probably put up with the noise if the bed is more tolerable! Just because the bed was so bad I would probably never stay here again. I JUST CANT
