The staff in the restaurant are welcoming and very friendly, customer service is exceptional. Special mention to the manager at breakfast and Isadora, Viniscius and Maycon who looked after us. The Hotel is very good value, food very good, lovely pool, within short uber trip of centre. if there is one thing I would suggest to change is the morning coffee! and perhaps add some extra football channels for the TV as many people are using hotel for conventions. Stayed in this hotel for a week on official travel. Very good, ample facilities, clean, well located. Restaurant within the campus is very good. The only issue is that it was closed on Sunday evening. It would have been good if they provide electric kettle in the room as most of the hotels. I missed my morning coffee.
The hotel itself is a little dated. However, it is NOT rundown or gross. It's charming clean, and the food is delicious. It has the essential things you will need and not much else in the room. It is locally owned That said, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and they have an incredible pool. They also have a sand volleyball court and a tennis court! We will definitely be back.
