I have been there to get more information about the new year's eve party. The hotel is brand new, with a clean decoration but very comfortable. Seemed to me superior than others in true same region. The guest service was pretty nice and welcoming. Certainly, we'll come back.
rooms are spacious and clean, meals are very basic, staff non attentive, trying to get an invoice correction since days and being ignored, not the best basis for a business address.
Good hotel overall.Not helpul receptionist(Vitoria),not speaking English.We asked to stay more on a Sunday(in Portuguese),to enjoy the pool because of our 6 year old and the answer was a dry no without any alternatives.When asked for a manager was told that they dont have on weekends(unacceptable).While waiting for elevator could see receptionists having a little giggle infront of us(unprofessional).Not warm welcome from staff.Fridge in our room never worked.We would stay and have lunch,better give our money somewhere else.
