We had a very good stay at this hotel! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s definitely worth the price, and we felt it provided great value for money. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

We were accommodated in this hotel by a dental clinic. It was indeed a 10 minute walk to the clinic and to the outlet mall, which was perfect. Everything else was utterly horrid. The staff barely spoke English, we were greeted with a frown when we requested our breakfast which was included in the price; we didn't request it again as a result. The mattresses were more like hammocks. The A/C temp couldn't be controlled so it was either full blast at 30 degrees Celsius or nothing. And to top it all off, the last of 2 nights we stayed, the staff continued to slam doors, vacuum the floors and shout in the corridor right until midnight. Yes, really! This continued even after we complained at the reception. Overall, we were treated like unwelcome guests which was unbelievably frustrating. I cannot recommend this place less.
