Viva Hotel

I stayed in February and I'm still here :)) Hotel is in excellent localization: close to the metro station, a lot of bars and restaurants. It was always very clean and warm, despite the fact that i visited Kharkiv in winter time. Staff was extremely helpful and had no problems with any requests, or even that we had come back so late, very kind and polite. Very neat and clean room. Bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfasts were brought to the room. Good wifi. A very pleasant experience overall, can warmly recommend and would stay here again myself.

Nice hotel. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 for a few reasons: - it’s very stuffy in the room and we only had one small window which opened towards the road so by morning it was rather loud - the toilet was dripping a bit Other then that, everything was pretty nice. - nice to have breakfast included. You had three chooses to choose from: two types of eggs and a some type of grain with sausages. There was also a buffet for drinks, sweets and yogurt. - the staff is friendly I arrived early for checkin and so worked in the cafe for a few hours before my room was ready. Early check in costs extra and I didn’t need it since I had to work anyway.

Nice and clean place, spacious suites, friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of the elevator, which may matter for those carrying heavy suitcases when given a room on the 4th floor. Good value for money, bottom line.
