Viva Mare Hotel

Relaxing Stay at Viva Mare Hotel – 8/10 We had a really pleasant stay at Viva Mare on Lesvos. The location is absolutely amazing — set in a beautiful environment with stunning views. The hotel grounds are well-kept and very clean, which really added to the overall experience. The rooms are on the older side, but they’re clean and perfectly sufficient, especially for travelers who aren’t expecting luxury. Daily housekeeping was a big plus. The beach could use some improvement, though — a bit more attention there would go a long way. Food was tasty even with a smaller selection, and although there could have been a bit more variety in fruit, we always left satisfied. When it comes to drinks and alcohol, don’t expect too much — but we never went thirsty! What really stood out was the friendly and caring staff. Always smiling, always helpful. When I had an accident on a scooter, everyone was genuinely concerned and did everything they could to help me. That kind of support made all the difference.

Booked trough a travleagency as a 3⭐️ Hotel and spa. The people there were kind and beautiful view from the rooms and from the pool but sadly thats about it. The pictures are from our and our daughteres rooms. The breakfeast was so and so, the most dry bread ever both the normal bread and the croissants was so dry the just broke. Seemed like day old bread and other dishes got served several days (the same food) the prices are in generel pretty high for food and drinks. The tiles in the pool has fallen of a lot of places and one of our daughters accualy got cut on this. Ther is a "shuttlebus" from the hotel 4 times a day, but it is brooken down and runs in 2. Gear. The ac was great in their room but blev hot air in ours. There was a fridge but they are pretty noisy. You pay 10€ (4 stare rate) A DAY!!! for a room in taxes. Its a 5 min taxi ride and 7€ down to molivos.

Worst expirience so far bus driver for bus no5 was driving like a meniac, there was no aircondition inside the bus😩got dissapointed, Bravo Tours booked our accomodation here😢boading time was at 16:00 arrived on a 3 hours trip, now time is 00:28 the hotel can’t find out about accomodation, we’ve been moved from the first room, which the next door neigbors were able to access our room through the door in the middle🤦🏽‍♀️, the later when we started unpacking our luggages, there was a knock on the door, it was one of the employees, not the first one who brought us to the room , he told us that the room was reserved for someone else, and asked us to pack to move to another room, to our suprised, nothing was working that room😱, we then reported to them, and they put the blame on House keeping 🤦🏽‍♀️anyway the young man, was kind and apologetic, he helped us to move to the 3rd room , which turns out to be ok, aircondition is working,bar fridge working, room smells clean, we didn’t .. we didn’t have anything to eat everything was closed!!
