Good place overall. Nice to see turtles. Bedroom is very clean and new, very well maintained. Good service from staff with golf cart. Breakfast is good quality. Though they changed our room from 1 bed to 2 beds for the third night, they told us on booking after we already booked non-refundable. We asked to join the 2 beds to form 1 bed but it wasn’t done by the staff. -1 point on service.
Great getaway for family and friends. The giant turtles were really cute and there are so many of them. Nice view from the room, beds were comfortable but shower head and hot water needs fixing. Breakfast was also very good.
I did not include any pictures because there wasn't anything memorable about this hotel to take a picture. This hotel is average. You would only want to book this along side the package with the water park. Place is severely understaffed. The breakfast is very barebone. Room was just ok.
