We had a good time at this hotel. The spa was closed they are under renovation. The breakfast was decent. The staff was awesome. Had a small but cozy room.
Such a poor service, first of all they don’t speak English. Secondly my room was soo hot the AC did not work when I asked if it could be fixed the guy (erdem) told me that I have to wait half hour for technical service ... 1 hour later still no technical service. When I called reception. Erdem told me they are having a drink?? I don’t think he knows what he was talking about tbo. When I raised my voice he told me “wait 1 minute”. 5 min later I called again. I got the same answer “ wait 1 minute. 5 minute later someone knocks on the door. With a heater!!! So that’s what they call technical service a guy bringing me a heater. I call the reception again and guess what they don’t even answer my call anymore. 5 minutes passes by I am about to leave the room and walk to the reception when I see another man (Ikmet?) he offered another room and he speaks English. Finally after so much frustration I finally sleeping in a room with normal temperature.
Technical problem with hot water in the middle of winter, was not resolved. Breakfast area very poorly heated, and is made for summer, hence was freezing
