It has been a great stay there. The staff has been really responsive and warm. Went there with family for daughter's birthday and they decorated the room and arranged for cake in the room as well. Specifically mentioning Biswajit whose behaviour was really appreciable and arranged another cake as well, asked for any issues if faced. Even the location was so good and we got the city view. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night on the Second floor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. An electric kettle with tea, coffee sachets would have been very useful. Hotel staff are polite and efficient.

Breakfast was good and lots of good options for kids as well. Overall there was a sense of luxury, room were decent too (bath tub could’ve been cleaner). However we weren’t too happy about their service, particularly receptionists which is an irony as the hotel should put their best staffs at the reception. I would like to highlight that the receptionists weren’t rude but they could’ve been more welcoming and warm. Definitely not 5⭐️ level service. Novotel service was better where we stayed a week earlier. But still we would like to give it another try in the near future considering the hotel had a nice environment for kids.
