The location was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that a couple of the power outlets in the room weren’t working. Other than that, everything was great—the service was outstanding!
Excellent place to stay in Jammu. Great location. Outstanding dining that beats any 5 star hotel on quality, variety and taste of every single dish... hats off to the chef. Polite and friendly staff that set the standards for professionalism and customer care. Henceforth, this is definitely our goto place for stay in Jammu.
Very Dirty rooms, took 3 hours to clean up. Dirty corridors guest lobby. Also no compensation provided by Hotel after 3 hours of Harassment. Earlier this property was under Ramada at that time it was much better. But now under Taj management it has become one of most pathetic properties of Taj Hotels. I am very much amused that with no cleanness and not bothered attitude of Staff how even this hotel got 4 star rating. Please don’t waist your money and Your sanity by staying here.
