Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong

I have stayed there for 3 days 4 night , food awesome, ambience awesome, view awesome, but I would like to highlight the hospitality of the staffs is super awesome. I would give 6 stars for the hospitality towards guest.. especially restuarant and cleaning staffs.. It was like home 🏠..great experience. I have been to almost 15 states in india and stayed in different different hotels over there but the hospitality of shillong (meghalaya) especially Vivanta and kashmir is next level.

Stayed at Taj Vivanta Shillong from 17–24 June and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went the extra mile. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the laundry team handled even delicate dresses with great care. Reception was always friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the F&B team—Miss Kritika was absolutely wonderful with her warm, thoughtful service. Also appreciate Mr. Fedrick’s calm, professional presence and Miss Sayoo’s cheerful and welcoming vibe. Missing out a lot of other deserving names because of space constraints. The people here make this hotel more than just a beautiful place to stay. Already looking forward to the next visit. Thanks

We had an amazing 3-night stay, and it all came down to the incredible staff. The food was delicious, and the room was spotless every time we arrived. Darisha and Lumbor, the housekeeping staff, were especially friendly and kept our room looking brand new. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing staff and the wonderful ambiance.
