I had a great experience at Vivarium hotel. The staff specially Fatima. and Marian are great people. They are willing to answer all of your question.They helped me so much. The hotel is always clean. Rooms are beautiful and the air conditioner works well. I will return in a year. I highly recommend staying at Vivarium hotel.

I booked the hotel for the $31 USD on Booking.com and received an email confirmation. The hotel falsely claimed my reservation wasn’t valid—I guess trying to charge me more? Instead of the hotel cancelling the reservation themselves through their Booking.com account, they asked me to cancel it myself to avoid penalties from Booking.com. A complete waste of time due to the hotel’s poor organization and lack of self-awareness. This isn’t Booking.com’s fault—it’s entirely the hotel’s failure to manage itself as a business and take accountability.
