It’s located near the UKM medical faculty that I need to go to. About less than 10 minutes ride away (using Grab e-hailing). And it’s not difficult to get a ride. Joining next to this hotel is a mall, which connected by a walkway at the ground floor. So food availability is not a problem. They have 7-Eleven there too. The room is clean and spacious enough. Not too expensive for a 4-star hotel. The counter customer service is so-so for me. Not to say not friendly, they’re just being professional. Security-wise I cannot comment, but so far no issue when I stayed here on that 1 night. (However, not long after my stay there, there’s a big case happened at the mall next door. I was glad it wasn’t during my stay that time - which is involves police case)

Room was clean, spacious. Location was good, three major malls nearby, lots of good food in the area. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful, café staff can be better trained (spilled hot tea on the table but just walked away, didn’t even apologise or help wipe it up). Jam is not TOO bad, but not unavoidable also.

I booked a room verbally over the phone a day before my arrival and informed them of my ETA. On the day itself, I called again to update my ETA. Despite this, when I arrived, they had already sold my room. I’m not sure which part of that made them think I wasn’t a serious guest. There was no proper explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability. I had trusted them and made all the necessary calls but still ended up without a room. Not recommended if you’re counting on a confirmed stay.
