A fantastic apartment right in the centre of beautiful Numana. We had the top floor apartment which has the biggest balcony I have ever seen, it overlooks the main piazza and is the perfect place for dinner cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Valerio is incredibly helpful and even came up with a voucher which gave us a good discount off a top restaurant. Also an easy 10 minute stroll to the lovely beach.

We felt like locals, in the town centre and thanks to the incredible hospitality, welcoming, and tips from Valerio (owner). He really went the extra mile and beyond to make us feel at home in his property and in the city. Perfect location in the city centre, close to bars, shops, and restaurant, and also walking distance from breathtaking views over the conero cliffs. Very clean and functional rooms, newly refurbished, with great shower, a comfortable big bed and aircon. On top of that Valerio, the owner and manager of the property, was super welcoming and took the time to give us tips about the town and the region. His passion for hospitality and for his city really show, and made our stay very special. Grazie mille Valerio, hope to see you soon!

Such an amazing place and host. Very good location. Before we're arrived, the owner been with contact with me and gave me all necessary informations for arrival. As soon we're reach destination the owner gave us recommendetions to explore Numana town and to had a taste of Italy.
