We spent 4 unscheduled nights in the family room. I would like to classify the previously written reviews because I arrived with an uneasy feeling based on them. SPOILER: there's no need to feel uneasy! The family room (505) is super large and beautifully furnished. There is no single bathroom, but the elements are integrated into the room; Whether you like it or not is up to you, but it fits into the concept of a botique hotel. The room was definitely super clean and the air conditioning worked. The hotel is located in the middle of Alcúdia, so everything you need is right around the corner and you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. As in any city, it can be noisy here in the evenings or from the street at night, but in my opinion these are points that you need to be aware of when booking a hotel in the middle of the city. The hotel itself cannot do anything about this. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both breakfast and dinner take place in a nice atmosphere and are absolutely sufficient for the price-performance ratio! We really enjoyed the days and traveled a lot from Alcudia. In the evening we enjoyed the culinary diversity right around the corner. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The soundproofing of the room, which is totally absent, needs to be improved. You could hear every time someone entered/exited the hotel (at all hours...). We were woken up several times. Check in is in a nearby building, and perhaps we could have been notified of this beforehand

The room 504 have a strange window on the stairs. Everytime somebody go through the stairs it light up the room... This huge window have a glass door which does not close properly and therefore the mosquito go through and make a nightmare from your night. The air conditioner is a part of this nightmare! Each time it turns on it makes a tractor sounds... At the breakfast you don't even get an hello from the staff. It's pretty sad to not feel welcome.
