We had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the reception staff, especially Sarah and Mariam. Both were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth, whether it was helping with check-in, providing local recommendations, or ensuring any requests were handled promptly. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. Thank you, Sarah and Mariam, for your excellent hospitality! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Excellent service and the staff are very welcoming. The Lobby is huge and a big restaurant. All facilities available at the hotel. There is a play area for children as well. Will repeat my stay
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable big thanks to Sara the receptionist was very helpful.
