Great room, pool, private jacuzzi, and breakfast. Good location for hotel, about a 5-10 min walk to Kamari. But most of all, the hotel staff were fantastic! Eleni went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay and provided lots of suggestions on where to explore on the island.
Great hotel in a great location! The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly! I was worried about booking this hotel as it only had 23 reviews when I booked, however I’m so glad I booked this hotel for my stay in Santorini! The beach is a couple minute walk and the main strip is about 5 minutes from the hotel, with an easy walk. Some reviews complain about the planes flying over. It can be loud when relaxing outside however for a few seconds it isn’t an issue and actually quite an amazing view! I was so amazed at how low the planes were and used it as an opportunity for photos! (I will try add a photo below) The hotel is very clean and breakfast was always topped up with your standard continental options! Very happy with my Stay and can’t thank the staff enough at Voca hotel & suites!
Poor reception service. Was harassed over company credit card booking. Room was ok - but no coffee station - I mean what?? Had to room service coffee at a price. Then had calls about "immediate payment" of room service that night - again - I mean what?? I would NEVER stay here again. At $450 a night I expect GOOD accommodation. Even QUEST at $250 pn has room coffee etc. & I have never been harassed to pay at 9.30pm
