We hosted an event at the hotel and everything was beyond perfect. The service, attention to detail, and hospitality were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Medhat, the hotel manager — he made everything smooth and exceptional. Highly recommend for any special occasion — they truly know how to deliver a premium experience!

I recently checked into voco Al Khobar, and I’m happy to share my positive experience from the very beginning. I would like to especially commend Ms. Zahra at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always had a warm smile. Her excellent service left a great first impression of the hotel. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, and although my membership grants me an early check-in by two hours, I was kindly accommodated even earlier than that — something I truly appreciate. The valet service was excellent, and the room and luggage delivery were prompt and efficient. One small suggestion: I was hoping to find a coffee machine in the suite, but it seems it wasn’t available — not a major issue, but it would have been a nice touch. Thank you to the wonderful team at voco for such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again.

We had Iftar buffet for 4 (i.e: 2 Adults and 2 Kids) on the 18th, March, 2025. The food was excellent, the lamb mandi was the best i have ever had after the Four seasons in riyadh. The only problem is they refill it very slow and there is no chef to serve, so guests usually serve plenty and with loads being leftover. The Sushi served are top notch, in addition, they have three live stations, pasta, shawarma and kebabs. The pasta station chef was incredible, served us some of the best pastas in town. They had a plethora of desserts, only problem was we were too full to dive in but had a spoon of few which were incredible. Money spent well and nothing short when it came to the food. The only problem is with the restaurant managers who had not organized it better, with people seated in random tables and the worse was the restaurant entrance door was closed when we were entering at 5.25pm and you could see the kitchen staff still carrying food to the serving areas all the while guests were moving about. I do not know why, but i felt the restaurant managers felt the corporate bookings were more important than the individual/family bookings as ours. And yes they do not have raffle draws, the first ifthar at a hotel with 4 stars or above which did not have in Alkhobar. Still the food was so great it saved the day. Purchase the iftar vouchers through cobone which will cost less than purchasing from the hotel.
