What an amazing experience. Welcoming service. Got a breakfast buffet with a room stay and it was awesome. Many options to satisfy my Halal dietary requirement. The chef was so cooperative in using the fresh pan for our Omelettes. All staff was so welcoming and cooperative till the end. I would highly recommend 👌 voco for your business or family trips.

This hotel was exceptional! As an IHG member, I stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Auckland. From the moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely perfume fragrance filled the air. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The highlight was my room, which was clean with a modern, classy design that I loved. Check-out was the fastest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The pricing is fair; anything more may feel expensive for multiple-night stays. On my next visit, I’d love to explore Bar Albert, as I ran out of time this trip. Overall, a high-quality stay with excellent service. I highly recommend!

I'm actually still staying at the hotel and check out tomorrow. Overall the hotel has a great location and I've been staying for 4 nights. Reception staff have been amazing I cannot speak highly enough of them. Last night I went to roof top bar where I was greeted and seated and advised it was table service. With only approximately 20 in the bar area I decided on my cocktail and cheese platter. I then waited for 30 minutes with no service another guest came in sat down and was then served by the same staff member that seated me and ordered. By that stage I was quite annoyed so I picked up my jacket and walked out she saw that I had not ordered and asked if I was OK I said no and let her know what happened yes she apologized but certainly didn't encourage me to come back. I went down to Reception to see if I could get a wine in the bar/ restaurant I did explain what went on upstairs and they went out of their way to look after me. There was no food available but the staff member arranged a cheese platter as she overheard my conversation. This is my last night out of 4 and my room has only been serviced once hopefully when I come back this afternoon it will be serviced. I also ordered room service on Wednesday night as my room was not serviced I placed the tray outside as I didn't want the smell in my room, so here we are Friday afternoon and the tray is still outside my door. I'm not usually one who writes reviews as I'm in the hospitality industry however overall just not up to standard.
