The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful , and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was spacious and well-appointed . The hotel's design is a perfect blend of modern and cozy. The color scheme is warm and inviting, and the furniture is both stylish and comfortable. I particularly loved the unique lighting fix
A first experience at Voco Beirut, as a new hotel it looks that they have constructed perfectly the design to be in line with Voco standards. From a Diamond IHG member, i was expecting more professionalism from reception at check in. While at check out the staff was very pro. Room service is amazing and great and highly respectful. However, i have some negative comments on service levels that require improvements not really major ones thats why I gave an over all 5 stars.
Everything was great for my 1st time in Lebanon! Benefitted from an early check in. Everything is new and refurbished and it's high quality. The reception staff was friendly and professional. The view from the 10th floor was great as well. Amazing location close to the most important locations in Beirut. Breakfast was incredible as well and I recommend it to everyone. Will definitely choose again when coming back.
