Her courteous and refined manner truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the spa – the massage services were excellent, providing both relaxation and rejuvenation. Special thanks to Ms. Sana for her outstanding service and attentiveness. Her welcoming attitude and genuine care elevated the entire spa experience. Additionally, one thing that truly stood out was the visible presence of security personnel throughout the property, which created a strong sense of safety and reassurance during our stay. It’s clear that guest safety and comfort are a top priority at Voco. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. Voco Hotel exceeded our expectations in service, hospitality, and attention to detail. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Voco Dubai by IHG. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was exceptional. The team that assisted with our luggage and the reception staff were welcoming and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a better view, which we greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were outstanding — always friendly and smiling. A special thank you to John, Sayed, Paria, Chandana, and Hayfa for their excellent service, and to the talented chefs Lucky and Ibrahim for the delicious meals. We would also like to recognize Omar, who kept our room spotless, and the rest of the kind and helpful Srilankans team members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch. The hotel’s facilities — including the swimming pool, spa, gym, and the breakfast and dinner buffets — were all excellent and added to our overall enjoyment. A heartfelt thank you to John for arranging a lovely farewell cake when he learned we would be leaving early in the morning before breakfast. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Voco Hotel is fortunate to have such an incredible team. Please take good care of them. We will definitely return and look forward to our next stay!
