I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the beach lifeguards for creating a safe and relaxing atmosphere by the sea with their friendly and attentive presence. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Marat — very polite and professional. We were kindly given a free room upgrade with a stunning sea view. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve encountered. It offers a wide variety of multicultural cuisines to choose from. The head chefs are real pros, everything dish I tried was delicious! As someone who enjoys culinary excellence, this was particularly impressive and added to the enjoyment of our stay at Voco Palms Jumeirah , Dubai.
