Look old Furniture is old Arrived 11:30 Ask ne to come again afrher 15:00 for the room Arrived then at 17:50 hours and they took more than 30 min to give my room ( junior suite ) because they needed manager authorization and that he didnt answer 😒😒😒

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR VALUBES STOLEN. My friend & I arrived May 30th on May 31st my friend left her engagement & wedding ring on the night stand next to the phone before heading out to tequila for the day at 10 in the morning. Keeping in mind that we had a do not disturb tag on the door so no one would enter. Upon our return from tequila about 11 at night my friends rings were no where to be found. My friend even talked with the manager that was there that night & he checked the room & the manager was also unable to locate the rings. I checked my jewelry box & my jewelry was still there On June 1st we left the room around 7:00 am for the EIOB expo & I returned to my room arounds 1:30 to rest. That night as I was packing my belongings I happened to open my jewelry box before packing & only my gold ring was taken which means someone accesses our room without or consent. The next day we filed a complaint with the security manager Alma & from the beginning of the conversation she was blaming us & taking no responsibility of their actions what so ever. Based on their comments like " we have to see if the camera reaches that far" or check your belongs to make sure you didn't leave it in clothes" I had a gut feeling what the outcome would be. Why would I need to check anything when I never used the ring the whole time I stayed at the hotel. After a 4 day "review" of the cameras which made no sense since the cameras don't reach that far they tried to blame my friend since she extended her original reservation for 2 days. In that case the why didn't the front desk clerk not tell us this. Again they are taking no responsibility for their actions at all. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAGIN, which is unfortune because we attend the EIOB expo each year.
