My sister and I booked a SPA Day and what stood out was the service and the stunning views and location. Jodie was outstanding on reception. Steam room was hottest I’ve experienced. Beauty rooms were beautiful, dark, smelled gorgeous and my treatments with Samantha were lovely. Samantha was professional, just the right massage pressure, attentative, knew when to talk and when to leave me be. Outdoor relaxation area was lovely, robes and towels were clean. Food at restaurant was lovely, good price good options. Improvements. Cleaner in parts, weeding around relaxation area and down by lake. Towels could be softer. Drainage in showers Everywhere. I’ve run spas and clubs for years so it was a treat. Staff made all the difference and the day though.

Nice hotel, looks like an old Manor House which has been converted. The room was neat and tidy, well decorated. Had a safe, iron and ironing board which was handy. It was warm so very good to have an air conditioner in the room although it could have done with a mini fridge. Well catered breakfast spread. Free to use spa facilities included gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, nice patio area for sunbathing.

I came here for a birthday getaway with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, polite and friendly. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in didn’t want to leave once we woke up in the morning. Room was perfect size. The grounds that they have are so scenic and pretty. The food was incredible too as the steaks we had were brilliant quality and Well priced. thank you for a birthday I won’t forget.
