I am a first time visitor. Definitely recommend this Hotel. The service is great. Clean room, water bottles provided daily. Has restaurants within walking distance and taxi's available to take you anywhere. Excellent bar for evening cocktails. We have had the pleasure of having Armando almost ever evening and his service is outstanding. Has offered fantastic selections from local menu items. Armando has made cocktail evenings very enjoyable. Thank you for making my first trip to Spain so enjoyable.

The hotel was average. The staff were very friendly and the service was great, which we appreciated. However, the room wasn’t particularly clean, and it was much smaller than we had expected. The beds were comfortable, so that was a plus, but the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and the room was often quite warm. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but there are probably better options out there.

Mediocre hotel. The room we stayed in was pretty cramped, with unstable air-conditioning (turns off by itself every now and then, heater in the shower was slow to react as well. Bed was pretty good, to be fair. However, what truly concerns us is the security of the hotel. We stayed on the 1st floor and basically anyone can access the floors via the lift or the stairs. One night while we were trying to get back into our room, a random guy just suddenly came up the stairs and asked us for directions. That was unacceptable, as he could have followed us into the room. Service was also suboptimal. Let’s just say, you get what you pay for, nothing more, not even a cup of black coffee. It makes this hotel very transactional and cold. Location was also not the best. Pretty far from the city center. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has any expectations of a 4 star hotel.
