Great hotel room was nice and clean with complimentary coffee and tea, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good a mix of hot and cold food options with coffee, juice. etc or something off the menu, I had full English one morning and eggs Benedict the day after both very good made with high quality ingredients. Staff were very pleasant to talk to and friendly, house keeping staff were also friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel as it's also in a great location in the middle of the city.

Me and my partner stay here for our anniversary. The hotel is amazing and the staff were lovely and welcoming as soon as we arrived. I was in an email correspondence with Isabelle and she was so lovely and efficient with adding rose petals and a ballon in the room ahead of our stay. We booked a room with a balcony, we didn’t have great weather but we still managed to use it and have some drinks out there. The room was very clean with lovely furnishings, complimentary tea and coffee, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel was in a great location and wasn’t far from the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again for another stay!

We had a great experience at Voco . I booked a twin room for a good price . It was a quiet , room with lovely soft bedding and linens and effective blackouts . Very clean . The coffee pods and shortbread was a nice touch . We had housekeeping every day too who did a great job and gave us a lovely clean room. Why did I choose this hotel - the location and price plus I’ve staying with IHG hotels before and have had a consistently positive experience . Good decision and I’d stay again
