We stayed for one night and were excited about the hotel’s location to enjoy a pleasant time. Despite the crowd, which forced us to wait and caused some loss of time, Mr. Salim managed the situation well and offered us compensation. The sea is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view, the pool is spacious, and breakfast along with the seating area was 10/10. We had a wonderful time and an unforgettable night. Thanks to all the staff — I will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at the hotel with my husband, and from the very first moment we were impressed by the service and attention to detail. I’ve worked in hospitality before, so I know what it takes to make guests feel welcome – and here they really nailed it. Every single staff member we met was friendly and warm. I didn’t see a single frown or cold attitude – only smiles and a genuine wish to help. Dinner at the restaurant was just amazing – a perfect mix of taste and presentation that made each evening feel special. We booked our stay through a friend, and although there was a small misunderstanding when we arrived, Mr. Slim sorted everything out quickly and professionally. Thanks to him, our vacation started on a positive note and the rest of the stay felt even better. The only thing that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the CLUB DJ. She played mostly old remixes, and it felt like she just put on a random YouTube playlist. There was no real connection with the crowd – she didn’t catch the vibe, and people started leaving early. The pool DJ during the day was the complete opposite – he played Arabic, Russian, Indian, and English songs🙌, knew exactly how to read the mood, and made sure everyone had fun. 🔥 That was a real highlight, while the club DJ unfortunately seemed to play only what she liked.😭 Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back – hopefully with the same great service and a livelier club atmosphere.

I had a nice time at voco Monaco Dubai. Thanks to the receptionist Jon – he was very friendly and helpful. The staff overall were warm and welcoming. The beach is charming, with beautiful decor and palm trees that create a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast at La Brasserie starts from 7:00 AM and offers a good variety of dishes. The hotel has a fun and lively party vibe – music by the pool goes on until around 9 PM, and the colorful lighting adds a vibrant touch. The pool is open 24/7. Overall, a good stay – recommended.
