Sometimes, good customer service is expected but then there are moments when you're treated so well, it feels like you're with family. That was exactly my experience at voco Orchard. From start to finish, everything was top-notch the staff, the connoisseur’s attentiveness, the hospitality... it all left me genuinely touched. In fact, it left me wishing I could do more for them, simply to return the kindness they showed me. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had across all my travels worldwide. I’m more than happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a stay but a memory. The food? Excellent. A must-try is their Thai-based soup with noodles and a perfectly cooked jumbo prawn sitting on top absolutely delicious and unforgettable. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and even more impressive is the thoughtfulness of the staff. A special thank you to Aqid, who went above and beyond to help including making sure a suit left behind by my colleague was transferred safely to my next hotel. That kind of service is truly rare. To the entire team at voco Orchard keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve set a gold standard in hospitality, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at Voco Hotel Singapore and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent — warm, welcoming, and professional. One of the standout features for me was the spaciousness of the rooms. It’s rare to find hotel rooms in Singapore that are so generously sized and thoughtfully designed. The layout is both modern and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax or work. Special thanks to Mr. Kelvin, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a big difference. It’s always a pleasure to be looked after by someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Exceptional service. when our weeks old reservation did not go through, the service staff were considerate and generous in their offer to promptly shift us to another restaurant (although we ended up staying, largely thanks to their hospitality). The entire family ended up enjoying the meal despite the initial technical problem thanks to their attentive service throughout. Keep up this customer facing mentality!
