The rooms were decent enough, but honestly, they need serious upgrades if you want to keep guests happy. The service? Surprisingly good, I'll give you that. But don’t get comfortable – there’s a lot of work to be done. 🛏️🛠️👍
Thank you Eric at reception! We had a large group of 17 people and he helped accommodate us quickly and provided us with the best service! We would all HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much Eric!!
Avoid this location if you value your money. They are totally incompetent. I had booked the accommodation and fully paid prior to departing on our holiday in April 2025. When we arrived in late May they charged us full price on arrival, full price again on departure. When questioned they refunded, eventually, the amount charged on departure. So at that point they had been paid twice. It is now a month later and they still have not refunded the charges from our arrival. The location is convenient, but it is clearly not worth double their card rates.
