I had a truly wonderful 4-night stay, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Summer at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness, instantly making me feel at home. Throughout my stay, she was always attentive, cheerful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. One moment that really stood out was when she surprised us with petite pistachio muffins during one of our encounters - such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that perfectly captured her caring nature. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in creating a meaningful experience for guests. Summer is a true gem and an incredible asset to the hotel. Thanks to her, my stay was seamless, welcoming, and full of little delights. I’d gladly return just to see that smile and kindness again.
This hotel and staff were amazing! Especially one of the managers, Israel Abache. He was so helpful and accommodating when an unforeseen event happened and we could not make it for our original date of reservation. His communication was superb. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Paris.
Unacceptable experience. I arrived at the hotel around midnight with a confirmed reservation via the IHG app, traveling for business — and there was no room available. No one informed me in advance, and the reservation was still showing as active in the app. After a long day of work and travel, and soaked from the Paris rain, I was left without accommodation. They spent nearly 2 hours calling nearby hotels until they found one, and then sent me there by taxi. I finally went to bed around 3 a.m., exhausted and wet. This situation was completely avoidable with proper planning or a basic backup solution — especially for a regular business customer. The only positive note was the front desk staff member, who was polite and genuinely tried to help. Everything else was a failure. I’ve escalated the case within my company so that colleagues are warned. I do not recommend this hotel: poor service, no foresight, and a complete lack of customer care.
