Terrible experience. The staff doesn't speak English, except one gentleman at the reception desk. We arrived at 10.30 pm, and were exhausted. They couldn't find our reservation from c.trip and offered us a lower class room, so we had to clarify that to them, using a Google.translate app. The room they gave us was ok, but there were holes on a blanket cover, so we asked them to change the room. The next room they gave us didn't have cold water in a tap. It was impossible to use bathroom. After we called the reception, some plumbers came to our room, walked in wearing their dirty shoes, destroyed the room's hygiene, spoke to each other in Chinese and left. No one solved the problem. All in all, after two hours of waiting we decided to leave and go to another hotel. This is definitely not a Ramada service level.
Staff were plesent but hamstrung by working with a physically poor hotel. This hotel is very tired. Several power sockets do not work, AC does not work, Shower water is cold. I had them move to another room and it was the same. This Hotel is one to avoid it appears to be a franchise and Ramada need to step in and sort this hotel out . Its rating at 4 star is a joke I have stayed in many better hotel 3star in China internation and domestic in both Shanghai and many other cities. My advise is to avoid this hotel unless desperate and willing to ruff it and pay to much.
STAFF ARE NOT HELPFUL AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! was 5°c and rainy day. The water was not hot in the shower room, it was freezing but no choice I had to get a quick shower and the room heater was not function, the air was vold even I turned on the heater. Called to front desk for few times. At first they were telling me that the technician and duty manager is trying to fix it up when I was about to sleep, the duty manager(李伟康) called in to inform me that they are changing the new room for me. After I waited almost an hour ( I called to front desk in between to get the update when is the new room key will sending to me), I called to the front desk again, and the lady (宋丽影) at the front desk telling me that the technician still fixing the problem but I told her that the duty manager was promise to change a new room for me. Apparently they sent the room key to the wrong room which is my colleague's room who next to my room also made the complaints about the same issue. There was 2 room called to front desk made same complaint and request change to new room but they only sent 1 new room key, and just left the other room (which is my room) without any update. The team is totally lack of communication and no teamwork at all. Never keep the guest update though the duty manager promised to change the new room for me!! The whole incident happened during middle of the night 1am - 3.30am. I was keep myself awake just to wait for the new room key!!
