voco Vienna Prater

I wish I could award more than 5 stars. Everything was exceptional, with excellent customer service, particularly from Manuela, who was incredibly helpful and amiable. The hotel was spotless, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from a Metro station. Highly recommended.

The overall experience at Voco Vienna Prater was mixed. The room itself had clear potential, spacious, stylish, and the bed was truly excellent: very comfortable with high-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. However, there were some letdowns in cleanliness and upkeep. The bathroom left much to be desired: only one towel was provided, and the tiles were old, with a few actually fallen or damaged. It gave the space a rather neglected feel, which didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s standard. In the room, dirty cups and glasses hadn’t been replaced, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. With a bit more attention to detail, especially in housekeeping and bathroom maintenance—this could be a great stay. For now, it’s a solid location with promise, but one that needs a little more polish.

Excellent staff, chef is highly skilled and hotel restaurant is a masterpiece and wonderful location to boot but rooms are horrible. The in-room TVs do not allow guests to connect their laptops, so u r stuck w the preset entertainment choices of the hotel. Rooms have no fridge and lighting is abyssmal. There is no gym. There is no business center. All the doors on every floor slam shut with a thud. AC in rooms is noisy with persistent gurgling sound that makes it hard to sleep. Beds have very little back support and blankets are too short, almost cosmetic. Finally the wifi is in and out not reliable. The one positive not in the rooms is the shower water pressure is superb.
