Modern hotel- very clean and wide spaces. Room key inserted in slot in room to turn on electricity. Large, deep tub- curtain-less, but has short, moveable flap that keeps water in. Covered, protected place that accommodates a lot of bikes. Generous coffee, etc., in rooms. Some rooms had air-conditioning issues but the management was very accommodating if a room change was needed. Excellent breakfast- grilled mushroom is a must; eggs prepared for you as you like them. About 10 minutes by car/bus outside of Winchester.

Lovely staff and good rooms with filtered water available (that's a nice touch) AC can be hit and miss in different rooms but generally good. Breakfast is good and nice they have different milk options. Mugs at breakfast were not all clean and one other thing was no vending machine so have to go bar to grab snacks (which isn't fun as a Muslim woman!)

Staff are super helpful and courteous. Quiet location. No road noise. Lawn and rural hillside views from our room. Restaurant breakfast buffet is excellent with wide array of hot and cold options including custom omelets. Reserve breakfast buffet a day ahead or night before for a discounted price. Bar and dinner options are plentiful and delicious. Room and bathroom are clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Duvet is winter weight in summer and we had trouble getting the room cool enough to match. We hung up our towels for reuse but staff gave us fresh ones every day, anyway. Tub bottom is super slippery - dangerous for climbing in and out. Water pressure is not high enough to allow one to stand on the textured tub area for a shower. Soap and shampoo would be inaccessible from tub if bathing.
