Positives: the hotel was very clean, modern and finished to a high standard. It was very easy to find, perfect for a stop off if you are travelling down to Cornwall etc, and the price of the room was good value for money. Negatives: they charge £15 for car parking per day, the room was quite small and got very warm in the night, and the food (we had dinner and breakfast) was expensive for what it was. Summary: I would stay again, but I would likely eat elsewhere and ensure I bring a fan with me (if hot weather is likely).

I stayed here for 6 nights, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and it's nice to have somewhere to work out. The deal-breaker for me was the bed, the mattress was far too soft. I would love to stay here again but I couldn't get a good night sleep due to the mattress.

Do not stay here. I arrived at my room to discover it is a disabled room, they say the room is marked as an accessible room on the site as they cannot use the word disabled anymore, how one is supposed to know that is beyond me. They could have quite easily moved me but wouldn’t unless I paid £20 extra. Now here is the worst bit this disabled room is a long way from the lift and on the first floor….. the fire exit is next to the room with stairs! For a new hotel the staff and manager could not have been more unhelpful. AVOID Marriott miles better
