Voghe Premium Flats

Great location, walking distance to old town and the very nice central mercat. Room was ok, just that this is the first time I have seen toilet without racks to place the toiletries. Rather strange that all the bottles have to be placed on the ground.

The location is excellent—close to everything and with very easy access. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. First and foremost, the hygiene was not up to standard. The apartment was not properly cleaned—there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom had hair from previous guests, along with an unclean toilet. It did not feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Another major drawback was the noise from the hallway. If other guests arrived late and talked outside, it sounded as if they were inside our apartment, which made it difficult to rest. Lastly, we requested to extend our check-out by just one hour, even offering to pay, but were told it wasn’t possible due to high occupancy. However, it was apparently still possible to book an additional night, which seemed inconsistent. Overall, while the location is great, the cleanliness and noise levels left much to be desired.

Location is great, but cleanliness and hygiene standards need to be upgraded- floor was dirty with dust everywhere when we arrived. It's an apartment style hotel but lacks the basic things - owner/ operator should have things like salt/ pepper/ oil and tea bags which is standard. Even though a full kitchen is available, you can just reheat in microwave max. Toiletries were minimal - NO hand soap or bar soap. Just some shampoo( NO conditioner) and body wash. Would not stay again here!!
