Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum

Very, very beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, helpful, very good attitude, nice people. The hotel manager is a very humane person. The rooms are very clean, of a high standard. Highly recommended. We enjoyed ourselves very much. There is no doubt that we will come back for many more 🙏

Myself and family stayed for 3 nights in two sea views rooms within main building during August 2025. My impressions are as follows: 1. Room: Renovated with basic decorative touches. There are no bed and reading lights. 2. Bathroom: Clean finishing but flooded sink and drain. 3. Lobby: Is humid and hot with very poor AC. Also, the hallway that has lobby toilets is smelly. 4. Service: Is weak due to lack of enough staff specially the buggies. If you request something by phone it will take very long time until received. 5. House keeping: Is normal. 6. Food: Is excellent with large quantities and varieties. 7. Swimming pools and beach areas are beautiful. 8. Aqua park and Amusement Park: Are nice abd clean.

We had high expectations for this hotel given the price range, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were far below standard. Staff members appeared unmotivated and lacked any sense of friendliness or professionalism. Their attitudes made the environment feel cold and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer a 5-star experience. One particularly frustrating incident was the children’s concert that was scheduled for 19:00. We waited for more than three hours, and by 22:30, there was still no sign of the event beginning. The children were visibly upset, tired, and disappointed. It completely ruined our evening and reflects extremely poor organization and disregard for families. The overall vibe was disorganized, the staff were inattentive, and the service quality did not align with what one should expect from a high-end hotel. I do not recommend staying here and will definitely not return in the future.
