I stayed for 2 nights. When I asked the staff about the attractions other than the old town, they told me very carefully! I was satisfied with the spacious room and bathroom. Thank you for your help. Thank you to the staff!
I called reception, told her AC is not working. She said: "I kindly ask you to bear with it." original: "Idare etmenizi rica edicem." Hotel needs a good manager, people arent doing their jobs.
horrible customer service through what’s app. i contacted them asking to check my reservation and help cancel since i booked two by mistake and i was very rudely spoken to and yelled at in all caps. i’m not sure if it was on purpose or not but they can see on the reservation what gender I am and still referred to me as “sir”…
