Volcano View Hotel Santorini

We came here for the day when our cruise docked in Santorini. The concierge (Tina) was friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to use the pool while admiring the view for free. The view was breathtaking!!! Pictures don't do it justice. We didn't eat here but we did enjoy some cocktails by the guy at the bar (George). The food smelled amazing but we didn't have time. The service was incredible! I wish I was lucky enough to stay here for the night but I hope to come back. Thank you Volcano View hotel for your generosity!

Perfect location! Love the shuttle to Fira! Breakfast was great! Views were STUNNING! Sunset view on the island. We drove the whole island and I think this hotel was the best I saw, with the best views! Costa was AMAZING, he made us feel such at home every time we saw him! Would DEFINITELY stay here every time we come to the island.

Breathtaking views in every direction. Family came from their hotel 3 mins away and kept repeating how great this hotel was and grabbed a card for their next stay. Maybe it was more of an off season but the hotel itself was not very populated during our stay. It included two pools, one right outside of our room which was always empty. Our room was a bit of a journey from the lobby, but felt private and secluded with still an incredible view right from the main bedroom. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, joyous, and eager to help. Room was clean, included mini fridge, tv, queen bed and sofa bed and open windows. Every request was immediately met, able to request transfers to any location, who always arrived within 5 mins with a sprinter van. Each driver handed us a card with contact info or you could call the hotel front desk to request transport back. There was a very convenient mini market across the street. Hotel included complimentary breakfast buffet and made to order, specialty coffees. Each waiter remembered us and knew our coffee order every morning. Hotel restaurant had vast variety of food options. On the last night, we decided to invite family over last minute for a final meal to end the trip. We had a party of 5 with no reservation, which they were able to quickly sort out to get us a front row table on the edge with the amazing view. Dinner was great, we were given complimentary bread and surprise appetizers and desserts. Our family and us could not truly express into words how amazing the hotel and experience was.
